You’ll read blueprints, set up mills and lathes (including Mill-Turn with live tooling and 5‑axis work), select tooling, and ensure every part meets exact specs. Strong metrology, problem solving, and initiative are essential for consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Senior-level CNC experience across milling and turning.
• Able to set up, troubleshoot, and run equipment with minimal supervision.
• Strong blueprint reading and metrology proficiency.
• Experience with 5-axis work and live tooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate advanced CNC mills and lathes for tight-tolerance parts.
• Use Mill-Turn with live tooling or 5-axis machining to solve challenging geometries.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for precision work.
• Apply tooling selection, offsets, and setup adjustments to maintain process control.
