Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of CNC machining and programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines.
• Read blueprints and planning sheets to guide work.
• Write and adjust CNC programs (G-code/M-code).
• Perform milling, drilling, boring, and tight-tolerance work.
• Select and preset cutting tools; calculate feeds and speeds.
• Conduct prove-outs and manual programming during setups.
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues.
• Inspect parts with precision gauges for quality.
• Train operators after proven setups.
