Job summary

Paradigm Manufacturing in Texas is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join our shop. You will set up and operate CNC mills to produce production parts and prototypes, using Haas or Fanuc controls with minimal supervision.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED and at least 5 years of CNC milling experience; strong math, blueprint reading, and hand tool skills are essential, with a focus on quality and precise tolerances in diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of math, measuring tools, hand tools, and blueprint reading.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience on CNC milling machine tools.
• Experience with Haas or Fanuc control systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and operate CNC Mills.
• Operate the mill to produce production parts and prototype parts with minimal supervision.
• Review work orders to obtain part specifications.
• Responsible for setting up tooling and fixtures independently.
• Perform periodic inspections to ensure parts are within required tolerances.
• Knowledgeable and able to operate either Haas or Fanuc controls.
