Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3+ machines simultaneously to produce diverse parts.
• Follow procedures and drawings to ensure parts meet requirements.
• Set up products within machine subgroups and adjust feeds.
• Use gauges and inspection tools to verify dimensions.
• Train new hires and assist teammates as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following OSHA rules.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and report to supervisor.
