Job summary

Halliburton in Lafayette, LA is seeking an Experienced Machine Operator to set up and run a range of machine tools, including CNC lathes and mills, on night shift. You will work Monday-Thursday, 3:00PM–1:00AM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years related machining experience.
• Experience operating Mazak, Mori Seiki, Weilers.
• Knowledge of CNC machining for Mazaks; Knowledge of G Code preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate a variety of machine tools under supervision.
• Read blueprints and perform shop math and inspections.
• May have expertise in a particular machining process or work on one or more machines.
