Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience required or preferred.
• Experience with API threads preferred.
• Prev. quality control inspection and precision measurement experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and Okuma machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, tool changes, and tool management.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment for dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust as needed.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; may certify forklift to operate.
