Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC Machinist experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Strong reading of blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand long.

Responsibilities

• Program, setup, and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts from blueprints.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specs.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Participate in continuous improvement to boost productivity.
• Troubleshoot issues during machining.
• Follow safety protocols and workplace policies.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to optimize processes.
• Keep workspace clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
