Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Machining certificate or related technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years CNC machining experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and operate CNC machines for complex operations.
• Perform milling, boring, turning, drilling, threading, and related operations.
• Interpret drawings, GD&T, and programming instructions.
• Select tooling, fixturing, and machine settings.
• Operate multi-axis CNC equipment including live tooling and sub-spindles.
• Troubleshoot processes to resolve quality and productivity issues.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring equipment.
