Job summary

Cintal, Inc. in Pontiac, IL is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Process Engineer to develop and optimize CNC machining processes, support production activities, and create clear process documentation and work instructions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing/process engineering, and strong knowledge of GD&T, Lean Six Sigma, and cross-functional teamwork. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
• CNC machining and manufacturing process development.
• CNC programming and tooling knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Process optimization and continuous improvement experience.
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and production support.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities
