Job summary

Dixon Holedall, a division of The Dixon Group, Houston, TX, is seeking a skilled CNC Journeyman Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working with CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality components in a safety-focused environment.

You will program, set up, and operate CNC and manual equipment, interpret blueprints, and ensure tight tolerances while driving continuous improvement and tooling efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of CNC machining experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Experience with Mazak, Haas, or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual machines.
• Interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Maintain tight tolerances and quality.
• Optimize processes for efficiency and tool life.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
