The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a maintenance role, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage spare parts. The position offers a competitive salary range of $146,000 to $220,000.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience working in a maintenance role on CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical overhaul and robotics troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of preventative maintenance programs.
• Conduct complex troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical faults.
• Install, calibrate, and commission new or modified equipment.
• Manage spare parts and inventory effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
