Job summary

The Village at Summerville, part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina, seeks a Lead CNA to create a warm, hospitable environment for residents, staff and visitors. You will guide CNAs, ensure cleanliness, assist with ADLs and uphold quality service across the community.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per the SC Department of Health CNA training program.
• Assist with training and onboarding of newly hired CNAs and Nursing Assistants.
• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure CNA work performance meets expectations.
• Ensure room cleanliness and perform weekly room checks.
• Promote a cordial environment for residents.
• Answer call lights and assist residents with ADLs.
• Stock and distribute supplies; manage items charged to residents.
• Clean, disinfect and return equipment after use.
