Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of related experience, or high school diploma with 8–10 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Industry certifications such as ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I, NICET, ICC, or DOT certifications.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans, specs, and codes.
• Perform field observations, testing, and inspections on projects.
• Monitor contractor activities and document conformance with plans and standards.
• Perform concrete and soil testing per ASTM/ACI standards.
• Prepare clear, accurate field reports and testing documentation.
• Communicate findings to contractors, engineers, and clients.
