Job summary

ARCH in Philadelphia, a leader in medical device manufacturing, seeks a senior inspector to develop and optimize PC-DMIS CMM programs for complex parts.

You will perform first article, in-process, and final inspections per blueprints and GD&T, mentor junior staff, and uphold ISO 13485 standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced CMM and PC-DMIS programming experience, including offline programming from CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Strong GD&T, blueprint interpretation, dimensional inspection, and troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of medical-device quality requirements, including ISO 13485, FDA QMSR, and GMP.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently and mentor others.
