Job summary

The NFL is seeking a Sr. Manager of Club Revenue Analytics & Data Science to join our Data & Analytics team in New York.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and all 32 clubs to turn fan data into actionable recommendations, scalable analytics products, and measurable growth across ticketing, premium seating, sponsorship, and fan engagement. You will lead advanced analytics, oversee analytics platforms, and ensure solutions are accurate and governed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years in revenue analytics or similar.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Strong SQL and Python with large datasets.
• Experience with predictive modeling, segmentation, forecasting and measurement.
• Proven leadership with 3+ years managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Club Business Development and 32 clubs to deliver actionable insights.
• Oversee analytics platforms supporting ticketing, premium seating and sponsorship analytics.
• Lead advanced analytics including KPI monitoring, segmentation, profiling, and predictive modeling.
• Convey analytical findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and governance through audits and validation.
• Develop attribution models for data products and work with BI to create dashboards.
• Stay current with industry trends in analytics and data quality.
