This role partners with internal stakeholders and all 32 clubs to turn business questions and fan data into actionable recommendations, scalable analytics products, and measurable growth across ticketing, premium seating, sponsorship, and fan engagement. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of revenue analytics or related commercial analytics experience.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate findings into commercial recommendations.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience on large datasets.
• Experience with predictive modeling, segmentation, forecasting, experimentation, and analytics storytelling.
• 3 years of management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Club Business Development and the 32 clubs to understand analytics needs and deliver insights.
• Oversee development and maintenance of analytics platforms for ticketing, premium seating, and sponsorship analytics.
• Lead advanced analytics including KPI monitoring, segmentation, profiling, and predictive modeling.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders in clear, concise terms.
• Ensure data quality through audits and governance with BI and tech teams.
• Develop attribution models to measure impact of League data products.
