Job summary

The Senior Club Manager position at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee oversees the year‑round operation of a Legacy Site or two CLC locations in Milwaukee, focusing on programs, service delivery, staff supervision, facilities and budget management, and compliance.

This leadership role requires strong community relations, accurate reporting, staff development, partnerships, and meeting program and revenue targets in alignment with BGCGM policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a childcare teacher or center director of a licensed center.
• At least three years of public/non-profit experience in managing partnerships and community engagement.
• Three years of youth programming delivery experience for 4–18 year olds.
• Knowledge of BGCGM policies and procedures.
• CPR, First Aid, SCAN-MART training or equivalent within six months; Shaken Baby Prevention if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a Legacy Site/CLC, including staffing, program scheduling, workflow, building use, and maintenance.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate operations staff; conduct regular staff meetings.
• Ensure administrative policies (HR, finance, grants, development, marketing) are followed and reporting is timely.
• Maintain relationships with police, schools, and community partners; ensure accurate documentation and timely reports.
• Ensure program contracts compliance and help the Club achieve targets for programs, revenue, and community relations.
• Monitor compliance with YoungStar, DCF, State Licensing, and related regulations.
