Qualifications

• 5+ years in CloudOps, DevOps, SRE, or infra roles.
• 3+ years in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, IT, or related field.
• Expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure; certifications preferred.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform/CloudFormation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms.
• Automate provisioning and configuration management using IaC tools.
• Manage AI tooling and infra to support product initiatives.
• Develop tooling to automate and monitor operational tasks.
• Monitor health, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve scalability, availability, and security.
• Lead incident response and post-mortems.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployments.
• Drive CloudOps best practices and continuous improvements.
