This is a full-stack technical leadership role requiring expertise across backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern web applications. You will play a key role in defining technical direction, architecting scalable solutions, and delivering connected, data-driven systems that support real-time insights, remote monitoring, and improved customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader and self-starter who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, program managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams. This role offers significant ownership and requires sound technical judgment, a product mindset, and a passion for building modern software solutions that create business value.

Job Description

  • Define and guide technical strategy for modernizing legacy applications into cloud-based, data-driven platforms

  • Drive architectural decisions related to performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and security

  • Evaluate and adopt modern technologies such as microservices, containers, event-driven systems, and web frameworks to improve capability and maintainability

  • Support system design for real-time data collection, remote monitoring, health visibility, and intelligent data processing
