Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Technical Program Manager in the TPMO for Cloud Storage & Services to lead end-to-end programs across Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS. You will align stakeholders, decompose initiatives, and drive milestones from concept to market launch in a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience delivering releases for multiple products or services in technology-focused programs.
Delivery of complex, multi-team platform or infrastructure programs in cloud, storage, SaaS environments.
Ability to read and challenge architecture documents, design specifications, release plans, and dependency graphs.
Strong command of Agile-at-scale and release train mechanics.
Proven ability to influence senior engineering and product leaders without direct authority.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proactive risk mitigation.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
Storage industry experience, PMP certification, and Agile experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program management and delivery—milestones, critical path, dependency maps, and release integration across engineering and product teams in multiple geographies.
Drive cross-functional alignment across roles, functions, and geos; navigate ambiguity and keep teams focused on shared goals and measurable outcomes.
Understand and communicate program resource needs and facilitate prioritization with Engineering, release management, and product leadership.
Build trusted relationships with senior business and shared services partners; influence decision-making with credible points of view.
Partner with senior engineers to decompose initiatives into milestones with clear acceptance criteria and release-readiness gates.
Identify risks and blocking issues early; recommend options and escalate with cost-of-delay analysis.
Deliver concise executive briefings on deployment progress, results, and program health.
Represent the program in portfolio reviews, planning, and leadership forums.
Improve program traceability and automate TPM workflows in line with CSS TPMO standards.
