Parts Town, a leading distributor of restaurant equipment and parts, seeks a Senior Systems & Cloud Engineer to design and operate Azure and Google Cloud environments while maintaining on‑prem systems. The role emphasizes Terraform-based infrastructure as code, automation, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in systems engineering / infrastructure administration (Windows, Linux, virtualization).
• Hands-on Terraform and cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong networking fundamentals and Active Directory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer, patch, and harden Windows Server and Linux systems across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, certificates, and core infrastructure services.
• Provision and operate Azure and GCP compute, storage, networking, identity, and hybrid connectivity.
• Define and maintain Terraform configurations, modules, and deployment workflows.
• Automate configuration and operational tasks with PowerShell, Bash, and IaC practices.
• Monitor systems, respond to alerts, support incidents, and ensure uptime and security.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, compliance, documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
