GliaCell Technologies is seeking a Principal Cloud Systems Engineer to advance cloud-native architectures for CDN-focused projects on a government subcontract. You will translate research goals into scalable systems, and guide automated deployments and documentation.

You will work onsite in Columbia, MD, collaborating with engineers and researchers to push edge-network innovation while delivering stable, secure software for critical missions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in systems engineering for distributed environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native ecosystems and CDN/edge concepts.
• Experience with IaC and automated deployments (Gitlab, Terraform).
• Ability to translate research objectives into scalable cloud architectures.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
