Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior Cloud Systems Administrator to coordinate CAE app onboarding in a Microsoft Azure Government environment. You will manage CAE tools, Azure infrastructure, licensing, and ongoing support to enable scalable engineering workflows.

The role emphasizes Windows 365/Azure Virtual Desktop deployments, cost management, and translating requirements into robust designs through collaboration with architecture teams. Hybrid in Dearborn, MI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
7+ years installing and supporting CAE tools such as MATLAB/Simulink/LS-DYNA.
Experience with Azure infrastructure, license management, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

Gather and document application requirements including licensing and deployment sequencing.
Coordinate CAE app installation in Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Identify infra needs like license servers, HPC, databases and VM configs.
Support testing, user validation, and transition to operations.
Document architectures, dependencies, and ownership.
Monitor licenses, costs, and forecast demand; reconcile Azure charges.
