Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Principal Engineer for its Cloud Storage organization. You will lead and execute our most challenging projects, architecting cloud-native SaaS applications deployed across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and decomposing complex problems into scalable solutions.

You will drive technical direction, ensure performance and reliability, and collaborate across engineering, product, and leadership to deliver end-to-end systems with strong engineering practices and high impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software development.
• 7+ years hands-on with scalable cloud architectures (FaaS/PaaS) on at least one hyperscaler.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute our most challenging projects in Cloud Storage.
• Architect systems, decompose problems, ensure performance and scalability.
• Set technical direction and participate in reviews.
