Job summary

Apple Inc. in San Diego seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to lead the cloud infrastructure team for its Video Computer Vision organization. You will develop and maintain infrastructure, tooling, and services for cloud based applications, focusing on deployment, reliability, and security.

You will collaborate closely with software/ML teams, drive scalable solutions, and contribute to hybrid cloud strategies across on‑prem and AWS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience building systems on‑prem and in public cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Deployed and operated schedulers such as Kubernetes, AWS ECS or EKS
• Ability to write code in Python or other high‑level languages
• BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for multiple cloud apps with focus on deployment, security, scalability and reliability
• Manage cross‑functional collaboration with software/ML teams
• Lead infrastructure bring‑up, deployment and monitoring using Terraform/Argo/Docker
• Drive architecture for hybrid on/off‑prem AWS based cloud platform
