Wilson Language Training Corp. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability, security, and performance for our high-traffic systems. The role spans AWS and Azure, with hands-on work on infrastructure-as-code and automation to keep environments reproducible and safe.

You will drive incidents, design for scale, and collaborate with the cloud engineering team while embedding security practices across CI/CD and monitoring. A strong SRE mindset and mentoring are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with hands-on DevOps or SRE experience.
• Production exposure on AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and modern CI/CD.

Responsabilités

• Keep critical systems reliable, secure, and performant while evolving architecture.
• Build and maintain IaC and automation for cloud environments.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis to reduce incidents.
• Manage monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery for systems.
• Design for scale, cost, and high availability for high-traffic workloads.
• Collaborate across AWS and Azure with cloud engineering teams.
• Embed security into CI/CD, code scanning, and responses.
• Mentor teammates and participate in on-call rotations.
