Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Delivery Consultant for the ProServe team in Atlanta to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customer needs and business goals. In this on-site role, you’ll guide customers through architecture, migration strategies, and best practices, while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and risk management.

You will mentor others, share reusable artifacts, and stay current with industry trends to help customers

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of database experience (SQL/NoSQL/Hadoop/Spark/Kafka/Kinesis).
• 7+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions.
• 5+ years of software development with object oriented language experience.
• 3+ years of cloud-based solution, system, network and operating system experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale cloud solutions, with deep expertise in microservices and distributed systems.
• 3+ years of consulting experience working with enterprise customers.
• 5+ years of experience with microservices and distributed systems implementation on cloud and one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js, .NET)

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
