Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Lead Cloud Solutions Architect in the United States. You will partner with business stakeholders, lead discovery, translate requirements into scalable cloud solutions, and drive delivery across lifecycle stages with cross‑functional teams.

You will guide engagements, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to enterprise standards while delivering measurable business outcomes. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (required).
• 8 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical advisor and trusted partner for business stakeholders.
• Lead client engagement activities including discovery, requirements gathering, workshops, and business case development.
• Translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.
• Experience guiding full solution lifecycle from concept through deployment and transition.
• Develop solution strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans for cloud, applications, and tech initiatives.
• Lead complex engagements from concept to implementation and transition.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to Solution Architects, Engineers, and delivery teams.
