Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Lead Cloud Solutions Architect to act as the senior client‑facing technology leader for the Cloud Solutions team. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, identify opportunities, and craft strategies that deliver measurable business value.

You will guide solution discovery, requirements analysis, and implementation planning for complex cloud, application, and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and optimized delivery

Qualifications

Experience in solution architecture, consulting, or customer-facing technology roles.
Leadership of complex cross-functional tech initiatives from discovery through implementation.
Strong ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
Advanced understanding of Azure cloud services, networking, identity, and security.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagement activities, including discovery, requirements gathering, and business case development.
Develop solution strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans for cloud and enterprise initiatives.
Guide solution lifecycle from concept through deployment and operational transition.
Provide technical leadership to architects, engineers, and delivery teams.
