Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years related experience preferred.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from discovery to implementation.

• Proven ability to engage business leaders, gather requirements, and translate them into implementable designs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for business stakeholders and drive technology opportunities.
• Lead client engagements, including discovery, requirements gathering, and business case development.
• Translate business needs into scalable, cost-effective technology solutions.
• Guide solution lifecycle from concept through deployment and operational transition.
• Develop roadmaps and delivery plans for cloud, application, and technology initiatives.
• Provide leadership to Solution Architects and delivery teams throughout projects.
• Evaluate options, manage risks, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with Cloud Center of Excellence to leverage approved platform services.
• Drive adoption and value realization of implemented solutions.
