Job summary

Equifax is seeking creative, high-energy Software Engineers to join a team building high-scale applications across the full stack. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and operate software using modern practices including serverless computing, microservices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.

The role emphasizes collaboration across globally distributed teams, architecture discussions, and strong data pipeline and security practices, with a 4-day in-office schedule (Mon-Thu) and Friday

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years experience with Cloud technology: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• 5+ years experience designing and developing microservices using Java, SpringBoot, GCP SDKs, GKE/Kubernetes.
• Intermediate level understanding of Google Cloud Platforms and cloud concepts.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and data models.
• Strong Git and CI/CD integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate high-scale applications across the full stack.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
• Apply modern software practices (serverless, microservices, CI/CD, IaC).
• Collaborate across teams to integrate systems with Data Fabric and CSA Toolset.
• Contribute to technology roadmap and architecture discussions in a distributed team.
• Stay current with GCP trends and propose new solutions.
• Implement data quality checks and security best practices in pipelines.
