Job summary

Logically is a cybersecurity and IT operations company unifying enterprise operations into a single accountable model. The Professional Services Engineer III collaborates with sales, project management, and service delivery to scope, plan, and execute customer engagements, delivering solutions from Logically’s product portfolio.

The role emphasizes pre-sales support, requirements gathering, technical design, and hands-on deployment across Azure, M365, Entra ID, and hybrid cloud environments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• 10+ years IT admin/tech support experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on Windows Server, AD, Exchange, 365, Entra ID, Azure, Hyper-V, and networking experience.
• Experience with server, cloud, and network architecture and deployment.
• Strong communication and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for Professional and Service Delivery Teams.
• Provide excellent customer service to Logically’s customer base.
• Lead scoping and statements of work with accurate analysis of requirements.
• Perform deployment, configuration, testing and troubleshooting of Logically solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project, and Service Delivery teams for successful project completion.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in pre-sales demonstrations.
• Develop technical designs, estimates, and implementation approaches for engagements.
• Support and assist other departments with escalations and tickets as directed by PS Leadership.
