Job summary

KPA is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer to serve as the senior technical counterpart to the Director of Security & Technology. This hands-on role owns security platforms, cloud security, identity, automation, and technical security initiatives.

You will lead complex projects and partner with IT Operations and DevOps to continuously improve KPA's security posture. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in security engineering, strong cloud security experience, and a track record in CI/CD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in security engineering, cloud security or related senior role.
• Strong knowledge of identity, endpoint, vulnerability management, and zero trust.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and cloud workloads.
• Experience with CI/CD security, DevSecOps, and SAST/DAST tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own KPA's security platforms and technical security controls.
• Lead vulnerability management, incident response, and security hardening.
• Oversee SOC 2 controls, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Secure cloud connectivity, VPNs, and cloud-native workloads.
• Integrate security into CI/CD, IaC, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Administer identity governance across Entra ID, Duo, AWS, and Auth0.
• Lead security assessments for vendors and third-party integrations.
