Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own security across cloud, network and infrastructure-as-code. You will set the bar for how production is built and operated: identity, network segmentation, secrets, IaC guardrails, runtime posture, and offensive testing.

This role sits between platform engineering and security, where you will write and review Terraform, gate Terraform policies, and collaborate with Operations and Product Security to ensure secure boundaries between apps and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in security engineering with deep focus on cloud and/or infrastructure.
• Strong IaC skills with real-world scale experience and knowledge of failure modes in large codebases.
• Production experience across AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud security posture across AWS and GCPs: IAM, network, encryption, logging, and account structure.
• Prioritize findings against real risk and drive remediation through engineering.
• Design and enforce IaC guardrails and policy-as-code gating to make the secure path default.
