Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to own and mature cloud security across our multi-cloud footprint. You’ll implement container and Kubernetes security controls, automate processes, and architect scalable security tooling in production.

Ideal candidates have hands-on cloud-native security experience, strong design judgment, and the ability to lead cross-regional collaborations across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security engineering experience.
• Hands-on cloud-native security in multi-cloud environments.
• Experience securing production Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE).
• Experience with policy-as-code for container environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature cloud security posture across global cloud environments.
• Define and improve standards, guardrails, and reference patterns for CSPM and runtime integrity.
• Tune Kyverno and OPA/Rego to enforce baselines at scale.
• Deploy and manage containerized security tooling across data centers.
• Design Kubernetes hardening: RBAC, network policies, secrets management.
• Partner with cross-border teams to align security architecture.
