Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to plan, implement, and monitor security for cloud platforms, focusing on GCC High. You will help align practices with FedRAMP, NIST, and CMMC, ensuring secure configuration of Microsoft services and high system reliability.

Responsibilities include implementing Zero Trust policies, managing identity and access, and leading incident response while collaborating with Public Sector IT teams. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of IT security experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Cloud Computing, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in security (SC-100, AZ-305, AZ-500) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Public Sector and IT teams on secure Microsoft 365 GCC High services.
• Implements identity, device, and access management using Zero Trust.
• Monitors security alerts and leads vulnerability remediation.
• Develops and maintains security documentation and SSPs.
