Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Sr. Cloud Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive cloud security across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments. You will lead security strategy, collaborate with Cybersecurity teams, and ensure policy and regulatory compliance while guiding DevSecOps practices.

The role emphasizes mentorship of junior staff, development of security roadmaps, and evaluation of emerging cloud security technologies to protect Lennar's multi-cloud enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of cloud security engineering, cloud network solutions, and cloud-native app security testing tools.
• 3–5+ years of implementing security technologies in mid to large-scale environments.
• 3+ years securing IaaS/PaaS/SaaS in AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud.
• 3+ years DevSecOps including SDLC, SAST/DAST, and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, ownership, and management of the cloud security strategy.
• Design, implement, and manage cloud security solutions for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
• Provide DevSecOps guidance for secure development and delivery (DevOps, CI/CD).
• Ensure security tools and controls across cloud environments.
• Satisfy legal, compliance and regulatory requirements for cloud security.
• Contribute to Cybersecurity Program and roadmaps; collaborate with Risk/Compliance/IR teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist incident response activities.
