Job summary

Baptist Health in South Florida seeks a highly experienced security professional to lead cloud, application, and infrastructure security across on-prem and cloud environments. You will guide teams, implement standards, and secure AI-enabled solutions, including IAM, encryption, logging, and vulnerability remediation.

Requirements include 8+ years in security disciplines, strong cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience with CI/CD, IaC, Terraform, and security tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, manage, and enhance security controls for data, apps, systems, and networks across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Guide teams in secure use of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automation, and version-control systems.
• Secure AI applications and cloud-based solutions, including access controls and edge protections.
• Evaluate security requirements and develop security standards for cloud, AI, and enterprise technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and mitigate security risks.
• Configure and support Cloudflare edge security controls for external-facing apps.
