Accenture Federal Services in the United States is seeking an experienced cybersecurity architect to define and implement cloud security architectures. You will collaborate with cloud delivery teams to ensure compliant designs across multiple domains and automate CATO processes within an Agile framework.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, and a track record securing DoD/IC IT environments with AWS or Azure, plus IaC and DevSecOps experience.

Qualificações

• 8570 or 8140 Series IAT Level II Certification and Cloud Certification (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals).
• 8+ years of experience securing computer systems, DoD authorization activities, and writing security plans for secure IT architecture.
• 4+ years of IC cybersecurity or information systems experience.
• 2+ years automating tasks in cloud environments using Bash, PowerShell, Python, AWS or Azure CLI.
• Cloud-native tools to automate CATO and RMF A&A processes.
• Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Git-based Infrastructure-as-Code experience.
• Active TS with SCI eligibility is required.

• Mentor and supervise team members as needed.

The work you'll do :

• Define, communicate, and implement cybersecurity architecture and administration processes for cloud environments across multiple network domains.
• Collaborate across our cloud infrastructure delivery team and with stakeholders using an Agile process to ensure design, implementation, verification, and continuous monitoring of cloud solutions across multiple domains.
• Automate cyber processes to support Continuous Authorization to Operate (CATO).
• Evaluate enhancements to cloud environments against Risk Management Framework (RMF) controls and DoD Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) requirements.
• Work without considerable direction.
• Mentor and supervise team members, as needed.

Here's what you need :

• 8570 or 8140 Series IAT Level II Certification and Cloud Certification (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals).
• 8+ years of experience in the following:
• Securing computer systems, performing DoD authorization activities, and writing security plans for secure IT architecture and computing hardware and software.
• Working with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
• 4+ years of experience with Intelligence Community (IC) cybersecurity or information systems.
• 2+ years of experience automating tasks in cloud environments using scripting tools such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, AWS, or Azure Command Line Interface (CLI).Experience in the following areas:
• Cloud-native tools to support automation of CATO objectives and the terminology, processes, and regulations of IT system Assessment and Authorization (A&A) for the RMF.
• Supporting security assessment of software and system releases within a DevSecOps framework such as CI/CD pipelines.
• Code management tools such as Git supporting Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).

Bonus points if you have :

• Experience planning, implementing, and managing continuous monitoring solutions and working within an Agile-based project management framework.
• Experience with Agile processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Linux or Windows system administration.
• Experience in Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) or Information System Security Officer (ISSO) roles.
• Experience developing Body of Evidence artifacts for A&A of systems under frameworks, including National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-Series, DoD RMF, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503.
• Knowledge of terminology and federal regulations related to specification, development, acquisition, and maintenance of IT systems.

Active TS with SCI eligibility is required.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
