Gibson Dunn is seeking a Cloud Security Architect to lead design, implementation, and governance of cloud security across the firm’s hybrid infrastructure. The role collaborates with IT, legal, compliance, auditors, and cloud providers to uphold policy and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will shape security across Azure, AWS, and GCP, drive Zero Trust adoption, IAM strategy, threat modeling, and automation via Terraform and scripting, while integrating security into CI/CD pipelines

Formación

• Deep expertise in cybersecurity, cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP), and security services.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and standards (SOC2, GLBA, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Knowledgeable in DevSecOps practices and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Firsthand experience with Terraform, Bicep, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security automation.
• Effective communication to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead complex security initiatives and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with cloud threats and technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and govern cloud security across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Define and implement Zero Trust principles and cloud security standards.
• Lead secure landing zones, guardrails, and multi-cloud governance frameworks.
• Partner with engineering to embed security into designs and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design identity and access strategies for cloud solutions.
• Automate security controls using Terraform, Python/PowerShell, and policy-as-code frameworks.
• Drive remediation of findings and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to strengthen cloud posture.
