Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks an experienced Cloud Security Architect to build and maintain secure cloud networks across the HMH environment. You will model threats, identify risks, and guide remediation with IT, developers, and vendors.

You will lead architecture reviews, document security controls, and monitor cloud threats and vulnerabilities while growing security capabilities across enterprise teams. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an Associate's degree with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years in cybersecurity, including enterprise cloud security experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security concepts across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Breadth of security products, tools, and industry trends; risk-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and manage secure cloud architectures across HMH network.
• Conduct threat modeling and identify attack vectors and remediation options.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide security recommendations to IT and business teams.
• Monitor cloud security threats, assets, and vulnerabilities with metrics reporting.
• Maintain cloud security policies, standards, and baselines, and document processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff on security practices.
