Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering or SRE in a large-scale regulated environment.
• Experience with AWS ARC, AWS Resilience Hub, and AWS Fault Injection Service (FIS).

Responsibilities

• Lead resilience reviews, architecture decisions, and executive reporting.
• Design multi-region AWS architectures (Active/Active, Warm Standby, Pilot Light, Backup/Restore).
• Develop recovery runbooks and game days for disaster recovery readiness.
• Coach application teams on resilience patterns and operational ownership.
