Job summary

UKG is seeking a highly technical Cloud Resilience Analyst within our Cyber Security Resilience team. You will lead architectural guidance for HA and fast‑failover, primarily on Google Cloud Platform, with oversight for Azure and AWS.

You will partner with DevOps, SRE, and Product Engineering to design self‑healing, highly available SaaS workloads and champion resilience across tier‑0 systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer with infra deployment experience.
• Experience migrating legacy databases to cloud-native solutions.
• Ability to guide engineering teams on resilience and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Act as resilience advisor to product and enterprise teams.
• Design fast‑failover, highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Review and guide IaC implementation by engineering teams.
• Create self‑healing deployment patterns for GKE/VM workloads.
• Promote resilience, chaos testing, and failover validation.
