UKG is seeking a highly technical Cloud Resilience Analyst to join their Cyber Security team in San Francisco, California. The role requires a true cloud practitioner with hands-on experience in building highly available architectures and advising on resilience engineering principles.

The successful candidate will design resilient cloud solutions and guide product engineering teams. The pay range for this position is $129,500 to $186,100, with performance-based bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Proven past experience as a hands-on engineer who has deployed complex infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in architecting active-active or active-passive fast failover mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of database clustering, replication, and migration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary resilience advisor to multiple distributed product and enterprise teams.
• Design and recommend fast-failover solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Review and validate infrastructure implementation efforts of engineering teams.
