Job summary

Inspira Financial seeks a Sr. Support Development Engineer to maintain and improve React applications hosted in Microsoft Azure. You will handle production support, investigate incidents, and drive reliability with Datadog and telemetry insights.

The role collaborates with engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver targeted enhancements. Remote-ready with potential on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, application development, production support, site reliability, or similar enterprise role.
• Experience supporting customer or business facing production applications using incident, problem, change, and release management practices.
• Hands on troubleshooting across cloud application interfaces, services, databases, integrations, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced production support for React applications, APIs, background services, and Azure-hosted components.
• Monitor application health, investigate alerts and performance issues using Datadog and Azure tools.
• Triage incidents, assess business impact, communicate status, and coordinate escalation.
• Analyze root causes and implement fixes to prevent repeat incidents and improve stability.
• Troubleshoot React interfaces, APIs, Azure services, MongoDB, SQL, and integrations.
• Develop, test, and deploy defect fixes, utilities, and small to medium enhancements.
• Write and optimize MongoDB and SQL queries for data issues and safe corrections.
• Maintain Datadog dashboards, monitors, alerts, logs, traces, and SLIs.
