Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, seeks an engineer to design, implement, and optimize distributed systems with a focus on scalability, resiliency, and operability. You will deliver features, run load and performance tests, and leverage data plane platforms for high-volume retrieval and processing.

You will help launch a brand-new V2 version of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Workflow, drive operational excellence, and scale services to support OCI's exponential growth.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements components for distributed systems with scalability.
• Collaborates to build fault-tolerant components with redundancy and automatic failover.
• Implements tests, alarms, dashboards, and telemetry for proactive issue detection.
• Develops automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code for cloud infrastructure.
• Participates in incident response and root-cause analysis.
