Job summary

Inadev is seeking a Senior Developer to lead the design and delivery of scalable web applications and enterprise solutions. You will provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, architect modern cloud-based applications, and mentor development teams.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Python, React.js, Java/Spring Boot, AWS, and AI-assisted tools to drive engineering excellence and client outcomes. This hybrid role requires Reston, VA area presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 8+ years backend in Python.
• 5+ years frontend with React.js.
• Extensive Java/Spring Boot and microservices experience.
• Relational DBs (PostgreSQL/SQL Server/Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
• Experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, SQS, RDS).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Python-based enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across the SDLC and mentor teams.
• Architect and maintain scalable web apps, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
• Drive test-driven development, code reviews, and security standards.
• Adopt Agile and DevSecOps practices across teams.
• Oversee code reviews and enforce coding standards for quality.
