Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced C2 Systems Platform and Infrastructure Engineer in Bedford, MA. You will oversee a team delivering containerized platforms across data centers, edge, and cloud components, using Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and ArgoCD to deploy secure, scalable solutions for DoD missions.

You will collaborate with cloud architects, implement IaC with Terraform and Ansible, and build observability with Prometheus and Grafana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering required; 8+ years in infra/platform engineering or 12+ years without degree.
• Experience operating Kubernetes at production scale, including deployments and security hardening.
• Familiarity with secure, air-gapped or DDIL environments and DoD-specific requirements.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Security+ CE Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of professionals to design, deploy, and harden containerized foundations for next-generation C2 systems.
• Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers to modernize IT infrastructure and guide clients.
• Lead DevOps practices using GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD or Flux to manage container apps and Kubernetes environments.
