Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a C2 Systems Platform and Infrastructure Engineer to lead a team of cloud professionals and modernize our DoD-focused infrastructure. You will design, deploy, and harden containerized platforms spanning data centers, the tactical edge, and cloud components to support mission-critical C2 systems.

You will work with Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD/Flux, Terraform, and Ansible within secure environments, and you must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Kubernetes at production scale.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD/Flux).
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenTelemetry).
• Experience designing systems in secure, air-gapped or DDIL environments.
• Ability to translate mission requirements into resilient, automated designs.
• Secret clearance eligibility and DoD security familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of cloud and platform engineers.
• Guide design, deployment, and hardening of containerized foundations across data centers, edge, and cloud.
• Collaborate with cloud architects to meet mission-critical DoD system requirements.
• Lead DevSecOps practices, including container scanning and policy enforcement.
