The role focuses on cloud migration, microservices, Java/Spring Boot, Kafka, .NET, and DevOps practices in an agile environment. You will drive reliability, performance and scalable solutions that impact the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and engineering enterprise-scale cloud architectures.
• Proven track record migrating large applications to Azure or public cloud.
• Strong background in microservices design and implementation.
• Hands-on development with Java, Spring Boot and Kafka, plus containerization.
• Proficiency with .NET Framework/Core and MS SQL Server.
• Ability to deliver high-performance, scalable distributed systems in agile teams.

• Create scalable designs focusing on performance, reliability and security.
• Analyze failures, propose design changes and drive operational improvements.

• Conduct code reviews and guide engineering best practices across teams.
• Ensure development adheres to security and regulatory requirements.
• Support bank technology transformation and foster innovation and collaboration.
• Prioritize tasks and manage blockers to enable incremental delivery.
